Our education specialists can give you advice and support on childcare, schools and understanding the education system. You can call or email them for free and get the information you need.

Our advice line is open Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9.30am–1pm, and Tuesday and Wednesdays between 1.30–5pm. We try to respond to all emails within two working days.
About the service
We provide a free education support service to all special guardians. It can help you answer and deal with any questions or challenges around the child you care for when it comes to schools and childcare.
Our team includes education specialists who will help you understand your options, answer your questions and put you in touch with the right people where appropriate.
